Mondo can supply rubber flooring cut to pre-requested sizes or into kits to speed up the installation process. Cutting process is by a special technology that does not cause any deformation of the flooring. Perfect joints between pieces are ensured. The technology allows to cut logos and complicate patterns.
Logos
Mondo is able to produce logos and colored inlays integrated into the floor, also into the rubber rolls, in order to minimize the joints between the various parts covering the vehicle area. The integrated logos prevent water and moisture from filtering through the floorcovering in order to protect the substrates on which they are laid.
Adhesive backing Q-Fix
Launched in 2011, the Q-Fix Mondo floors with adhesive backing are the ideal solution for installation in all means of transport. All types of flooring can be available with adhesive up to a maximum width of 2 meters, a unique feature that only Mondo can offer. Installation is simple and adhesion is immediate, to avoid the long waiting times of traditional adhesives. The emission of VOC is extremely reduced compared to two-component or solvent based adhesives.
Rolls up to 2 mts wide
The majority of Artigo Transport floorings can be produced on the exceptional 2 mts width; this solution guarantees a reduction of joints or the possibility of placing them in an area protected from foot traffic.
